TORRENT
Torrent is a one-shot comic book with a self contained story. This strange tale follows three women from different points in time who are connected through a weather event. Story and Art by Leonie O'Moore, with Lettering by Micah Myers. Available in standard edition and extended edition. "Torrent is a mystery, and it pulls you into this other-worldly aspect of storms and rain. There’s the idea of past lives, but no exact confirmation of how these characters are actually connected. The link is there—we just don’t know why it exists. It’s this intriguing aspect of the story that makes O’Moore’s writing so alluring. Trick of Time is a free online comic hosted on Webtoons. The story follows a family of 17th Century witches who propel themselves into the future using magic while trying to escape a witch trial. They find themselves in modern day England and discover that their home has been turned into a museum. They manage to secure jobs at the museum and quickly find themselves muddled up in the everyday mundane dramas of their co-workers while trying to conceal that they are in fact real, magic using witches from the past.
